About AVK Rewag

AVK Rewag (REparing WAter and Gas) is the production location of AVK Nederland. AVK Rewag  produces repair clamps, Repico® pipe- and repair couplings, tapping saddles and support bushes in our own production site in Vaassen, equipped with state-of-the-art production machines. With in-house test facilities, we ensure compliance to your needs. All testing equipment has been approved by various agencies according to the latest requirements.

We manufacture both standard and customized products that meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability as required within your industry. The material quality of the components is in strict accordance with the demands and requirements of your market. We are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and we only use the highest quality stainless steel and rubber parts and seals.

This well-equipped factory, including press streets and welding robots, generates tens of thousands of repair clamps, couplings and support bushes every year. For the Dutch market, an emergency delivery on the same day is even possible. AVK Rewag also produces stainless steel saddles, Orion couplings and various cast iron saddles with accompanying stainless steel brackets. In addition, there is a special department for polyurethane coating valves and appendages. Since 2018, production has been expanded with the Repico® pipe and repair couplings. Our Repico® couplings have been thoroughly tested under hardest conditions by the leading international classification societies. We are very proud of the range of approvals granted to our various Repico® couplings.
